I do realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. To ensure that I can maintain an efficient schedule and business model, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that a cancellation or reschedule request is made within less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will amount to 50% of the booked services. To secure your appointment, a credit card is now required to be kept on file. Please note that this card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy. I kindly ask that all services are to be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this cancellation policy.
